Kabarak University is delighted to announce its 21st Graduation Ceremony, a landmark celebration of academic excellence and achievement, scheduled for Friday, December 19, 2025 at the Main Campus.
The ceremony will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m., bringing together graduands, families, faculty, and distinguished guests for a day of joy and recognition.
In preparation for this milestone, all prospective graduands are required to complete their online applications via the student portal by December 3, 2025.
A provisional graduation list will be released on December 8, 2025, with candidates expected to confirm the accuracy of their names by December 9, 2025.
According to a notice from the Registrar (Academic and Research), all prospective graduands are to ensure that outstanding fees are fully settled by December 5, 2025 in order to be included in the Final Graduation List.

Candidates who are unable to meet this deadline will have the opportunity to participate in the next graduation ceremony scheduled for 2026
Graduation attire will be issued between December 15 and 17, 2025, along with two invitation cards and a car sticker for each graduand.
A mandatory rehearsal will follow on December 18, 2025 at 9:00 a.m. in the University Sports Grounds. On the big day, graduands and guests are expected to be seated at the Pavilion by 8:00 a.m. sharp.
