• Defending champions Kenyatta University and Mt Kenya University recorded victories in the opening day of Kenya University Sports Federation (KUSF) in Basketball 3×3 at the Kabarak University courts.

Kabarak University is currently hosting the Kenya University Sports Federation (KUSF) national championships, a gathering of the country’s finest university teams.

From February 19th to 21st, the three‑day spectacle has transformed the campus into a hub of athletic excellence. 

Only institutions that conquered regional qualifiers earned the right to compete here, and they now fight fiercely for medals in one of the most anticipated events on the university sports calendar.

Holders KU began their 3×3 basketball title defence on a high note, beating Maseno University in their opening match.

The championship offers a vibrant mix of indoor and outdoor contests. Badminton, table tennis, chess, scrabble, karate, taekwondo, and darts have drawn packed audiences indoors, while rugby 7s, 3x3 basketball, baseball, and woodball electrify outdoor crowds.
