On March 5, 2026, the County Government officially opened the Bizlink Trade Expo 2026 at Rift Valley Sports Club, signaling its commitment to building a vibrant business ecosystem that empowers local entrepreneurs and attracts regional and global investors.
Through a post on Facebook on March 5, 2026, the County government notes that under Governor Susan Kihika’s leadership, Nakuru has implemented transformative reforms to ease business operations and fuel enterprise growth.
“We’ve digitized licensing and registration processes, cutting down the time and cost of starting a business. We’ve also operationalized the Ksh100 million Wezesha Fund, with Ksh50 million already disbursed to SACCOs and registered groups to support MSMEs with affordable credit,” the statement read in part.
