The Public Service Commission (PSC), through a notice on August 13, 2024, has announced the launch of the 7th cohort of the Public Service Internship Programme (PSIP), which aims to provide valuable work experience for recent graduates.
The PSIP offers 12-month, non-renewable internships at various government ministries, departments, and agencies. The program is open to applicants who have completed a bachelor's degree from a recognized university since 2018 and possess proficient computer skills.
Successful applicants will be assigned duties by their supervisors and expected to document the skills acquired throughout their placements. Interns will also be required to actively participate in any mentorship activities or additional responsibilities organized as part of the program.
