The School of Business and Economics has added an array of proficiencies, including Poetry and Confectionery, Barista Training/Coffee Craftsmanship, and Food and Beverage Service. These courses will run for 3 months under a face-to-face and blended delivery method.
Kabarak University’s School of Business is committed to advancing and remaining competitive in the march towards producing industry-ready graduates. This introduction also proves the School’s commitment to expanding its curriculum in order to meet its standards, which aim to shape the world of business in Kenya and on the global stage.
According to the School Dean Professor Patrick Kibati, the School of Business and Economics aspires to bring forth new ideas with lasting impact on the theory and practice of today’s management.

Under the School of Education, Humanities and Social Sciences, the Institution has welcomed the Certificate of Proficiency in Competence-Based Education. This course will run for one semester and be administered on the main and city campuses. In line with Kabarak’s vow to ensure high-quality learning, this course will add to its fineness in empowering and fulfilling the career dreams of its students.

The School of Medicine and Health Sciences has also branded its impressive shelf with additional short courses, which include; Laboratory Quality Management Systems, Laboratory Biosafety and Biosecurity, Laboratory Data Management and Analysis, Malaria Microscopy, Molecular Techniques in Laboratory Medicine, Advanced Techniques in Laboratory Diagnosis of Mycobacteria, and Phlebotomy.
These courses will run for 5 (five) days and will be administered under a blended delivery model in Kabarak University's main campus.
Students will be in the good hands of the friendly and dedicated faculty of Kabarak University’s School of Medicine and Health Sciences, where they will be exposed to high-quality training through the use of modern facilities and tools. Students will also retain significant exposure to the healthcare job market, courtesy of Kabarak’s Memoranda of Understanding with momentous healthcare institutions.
As if that is not enough, Kabarak University –under its Digital Skills and Programming Academy, has collaborated with Parpus Limited and Pixel Engineering Africa Limited to fabricate a collection of exciting short courses.
These include Full-Stack Mobile App Development, Full-Stack Web Design and Development, and Data Science. These will cater for beginner, intermediate and expert levels, and they will be offered under a fully online model for 3 (three) months.
