These individuals work seamlessly, even at late hours, to ensure that everything runs smoothly. However, they do not receive the recognition they deserve, yet their work is the backbone of every successful occasion.

Despite their hard work and dedication, these behind-the-scenes workers always face many challenges in their work that call for perfection. The stress is great, but they never complain; instead, they take pride in knowing that their work brings satisfaction to the audience.
