Former Principal Secretary in the Ministry of Internal Security, Dave Munya Mwangi, faces serious legal trouble after being charged with the fraudulent acquisition of a parcel of land along Mombasa Road. The charges stem from allegations that he forged a title deed with the assistance of a rogue official from the Ministry of Lands.

The arrest of Mwangi followed a thorough investigation by the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) Land Fraud Investigators, which was initiated in response to a complaint from a victim who reported the fraudulent activity.
