Rotich developed a software solution at the West Pokot Huduma Centre, designed to streamline the management of paperwork, specifically for the registration of vital documents such as birth certificates and Identification Cards. His innovation significantly enhances the tracking process, aligning perfectly with the government's digitization goals.
The team at the West Pokot Huduma Centre has expressed their enthusiasm for Rotich's software, noting its potential for nationwide implementation. "Currently, the program is at the Secretariat, and we anticipate rolling it out to all Huduma Centres across Kenya soon," a representative from the West Pokot Huduma Centre stated.
