England's Euro dream lives on after a match with Switzerland on July 6, 2024. After a dominant display fizzled out, they clawed their way back from a late goal and a tense penalty shootout to reach the semi-final.

The Three Lions controlled the first half, but Switzerland's Embolo silenced the crowd with a surprise goal in the 75th minute.

However, England's young hero, Bukayo Saka, answered with a thunderous strike just five minutes later, sending the game into a heart-stopping extra time and penalties.

Both teams held their nerve until the very last kick. Switzerland's Shaqiri rattled the post with a free kick, but England's Pickford came up big to deny Akanji in the shootout.

With the pressure mounting, Trent Alexander-Arnold stepped up and blasted the winning penalty, sending England through in dramatic fashion!
