The 2nd EU-Kenya Business Forum is taking place in Nairobi, Kenya, on May 12–13, 2025, at the Ole Sereni Hotel.

The main objective of the forum is to strengthen EU-Kenya trade and investment by leveraging digital transformation increasing market access, and promoting sustainable and inclusive growth.

By focusing on digitalization, the Forum aims to equip businesses in both regions with the knowledge and tools to leverage technology for greater competitiveness and inclusivity in the global marketplace.

As trade becomes increasingly digital, Kenya is uniquely positioned to become the region’s hub for financial services and Business Process Outsourcing.

Sectors to benefit from the forum includes; Agribusiness, Horticulture, Manufacturing, Logistics & Infrastructure, Energy, Pharmaceuticals and Tourism. 


The event also marks the official launch of the EuroCham: a network of EU and Kenyan companies operating in Kenya. The network aims to further strengthen EU-Kenya business cooperation.

Key attendees include President William Ruto, Henriette Geiger EU Ambassador to Kenya, Maroš Šefčovič – EU Commissioner for Trade and Kenyan government ministries, including the Ministries of Trade, Digital Economy, and Finance Hon. Lee Kinyanjui.
