Kenya’s Sevens rugby team, Shujaa, delivered a thrilling 12-5 victory over Spain in the semifinals of the Singapore 7s on Sunday, April 6, 2025, securing their place in the Main Cup final. Shujaa had already made a statement by defeating Ireland and France in the group stages.

Shujaa will face Fiji in the Singapore Sevens Cup final, set to take place at 2:41 PM Kenyan time.
