On Citizen TV live on Wednesday, September 13, 2023 with Sam Gituku , the journalist had a heated conversation with the CS Trade Moses Kuria on the prices of cooking oil in Kenyan Supermarkets.
This was followed by a vigorous debate on where the prices were low and high respectively only for Sam Gituku to prove the CS wrong by airing live from a supermarket to prove their facts right.
Kenyans have come out to , others in defense of the CS while others were happy since the media has gone ahead to prove to the government that whatever they speak about is never what is happening to the common citizen and that the cost of living is still high unlike what they are trying to portray.
