DP Gachagua has promised to slaughter 50 cows for Rongai Residents in Nakuru County to celebrate the defeat of former Rongai MP Raymond Moi During the 2022 General Election.
The DP was in a celebratory mood after his campaigns in the region saw the residents vote for Paul Chebor as a Member of Parliament instead of Raymond Moi, son of the second president of Kenya.
While addressing the residents during title deeds issuance in the area on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, he remembered his promise to Rongai voters in August 2022.
These sentiments have not been received lightly by netizens who have termed the Deputy President’s sentiments low and lacking basis.
Others claim that the losers get to be speaking of such, but not the winners, who should be building the country.

A man led by vengeance is as dangerous as previous adversaries.

This guy is a joke buana. He only thinks of food. He has reduced the high standards Kikuyus used to have.

Mr. Gachagua wants to turn his victory into a real "moo"-mentous feast! Who knew defeating a former MP could be so deliciously entertaining?

A whole deputy president playing divisive politics, and of all things he can bring to the citizens ni chakula tu ya siku moja, can't he think or ask of any development the residents in that area want? Poor quality of leadership is what we have.
