• From the moment we wake up, the content we consume, the conversations we engage in settle in our mind and construct a fabric of thoughts, beliefs and finally our actions.

The mind is like a fertile piece of land with different kind of seeds. There are positive seeds of kindness, love, gratitude and hope. There are also negative seeds of fear, jealousy and hatred. All these seeds have the same potential of growth.

From the moment we wake up, the content we consume, the conversations we engage in settle in our mind and construct a fabric of thoughts, beliefs and finally our actions.

The quality of the life we live depend on the seeds we constantly water. If you constantly water the seed of happiness for example, you will live happily. If you water the seeds of anger you will always be angry.

These beliefs will always exist in our mind, whether in challenges or in times of victory and happiness but it’s upon us to choose which type of seeds to water.

The same way a kid needs nurturing from a tender age, our minds need care too. Our minds should be cleared of weeds and sometimes even replanted with new, healthier seeds. It is good to filter what we consume.

To keep our minds rich, we should surround ourselves with positive influences, practice self-reflection, and dedicate time to learning and development.

Our lives become more beautiful and productive the more deliberate we are about what we let develop in our minds.

If you want to change the kind of life you are living, change what you allow in your mind. When we deliberately work on the positive seeds, they take root and blossom into positive habits and mindsets. The world starts to change when the mind is taught to see opportunities rather than barriers.
