The Cabinet Secretary for Agriculture and Livestock Development, Mutahi Kagwe, has expressed his gratitude to the millions of farmers who work diligently to sustain agriculture, which remains the backbone of Kenya’s economy.

He emphasized, “Farming is the most important business in this country. It provides food and fuels our economy. My mission, and that of my ministry, is to support you in making Kenya a vibrant nation through agricultural endeavors,” he stated.
