Political Behaviour

Eldama Ravine's political landscape has historically been anchored by  competition between Moses Lessonet and Musa Cherutich Sirma. The 2022 election cycle signaled a period of total political consolidation. Eldama Ravine proved to be an absolute stronghold for the United Democratic Alliance (UDA) unlike neighboring constituencies that fractured their votes among independent candidates or minority parties. The party successfully captured the parliamentary seat and cleanly swept every single one of the six local county assembly wards, establishing an unbroken line of party alignment from the grass roots to the National Assembly.
