The United Democratic Alliance (UDA) has notified its members that the Electoral and Nomination Dispute Resolution Committee will be receiving complaints concerning the Phase II Polling Centre grassroot elections in 16 counties including Kitui, Makueni, Machakos, Kajiado, Taita Taveta, Kisii, Garissa and Tana River.
Other counties include Bungoma, Kisumu, Siaya, Isiolo, Marsabit, Wajir, Kwale and Mombasa.
“Any member aggrieved by the conduct or outcome of these elections is advised to file a formal complaint via email [email protected] by 15th April,” UDA said through a statement.
UDA grassroots elections began on April 11 and will end on April 12, 2025 in 22 counties.
Polling on April 11 involved party members from Kitui, Makueni, Machakos, Kajiado, Taita Taveta, Kisii and Nyamira counties.

“Aspirants from various polling centres in Nyamira County who were elected unopposed without competition have successfully received their certificates,“ said UDA.
Garissa, Tana River, Bungoma, Turkana, Migori, Kisumu, Siaya, Isiolo, Marsabit, Wajir, Mandera, Kwale, Mombasa, Kilifi and Lamu elections takes place on April 12.
The elections have attracted over 119,000 contenders for the various party posts.
“UDA Party members in Taita Taveta turned up to take part in their democratic exercise of electing grassroot leaders at polling centres across the County. Members hailed the use of electronic gadgets to conduct the polls saying it gave them confidence that the process was transparent, free and fair,” added UDA.
