Registered Voters: 125,551

 Winner: David Gikaria (UDA) — 30,810 votes

 Key Opponent: Joel Kairu (Jubilee) — 25,965 votes

The race was significantly tighter, with Gikaria winning by a margin of 4,845 votes. This showed growing competition even as he successfully switched to the UDA wave for a third term.
