Many people may occasionally show narcissistic behaviour, but those with (NPD) display these behaviours constantly and with more power, impacting their relationships.

Envy is also a trait, either feeling envious towards others or believing that others are envious of them. They may also project their envy onto others by believing that others are envious of them, which can lead to accusations and gaslighting, making their victims feel insecure.

They also project enviousness when they see others possessing qualities or achievements that they believe are unique to themselves. Finally, arrogance and haughty attitudes are often displayed.
